Overview

If you are African American and sought a work assignment at Alternative Staffing, Inc. (“ASI”) between December 5, 2008 and January 16, 2018, you may be eligible to participate in a class action settlement and may be entitled to the benefits described below.

  1. To participate in this settlement and receive a payment, YOU MUST HAVE SUBMITTED A CLAIM FORM BY JULY 2, 2018.
  2. To participate in the settlement but not receive a payment, you may do nothing.
  3. To exclude yourself from the settlement, YOU MUST HAVE SUBMITTED A REQUEST FOR EXCLUSION BY JULY 2, 2018.
  4. To object to the settlement, YOU MUST HAVE SUBMITTED WRITTEN OBJECTIONS BY JULY 2, 2018.
